# Calendar

> Time-based market navigation for close dates and repeated event windows.

Calendar helps traders find markets by timing. It is useful when a market's close window matters as much as its category.

## Use cases

* markets closing today
* weekly or monthly event windows
* recurring crypto rounds
* event clusters with multiple expiry dates

## Repeated markets

Repeated markets can share a parent event while individual markets expire at different times. The terminal should guide traders toward the currently live child market when a live successor exists.

## What to inspect

Before trading from a calendar entry, open the market page and check status, liquidity, current price, related markets, and activity.
