# Watchlist

> Account-synced saved markets and events.

Watchlist stores markets that a trader wants to revisit without rebuilding the same search.

## Matching model

Watchlist supports both event-level and market-level saves.

| Save type   | Used when                                                            |
| ----------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Event slug  | The trader wants to track the broader event and its related markets. |
| Market slug | The trader wants one exact outcome market.                           |

## Expected behavior

* Saved state should render consistently on Discover, Search, Watchlist, and market pages.
* The page should load quickly from cached account state, then reconcile with the server.
* Resolved markets should not crowd the first view unless the trader asks for them.
* Counts and visible-state labels should avoid internal wording.

## Practical use

Watchlist is best for markets that need repeated checks: close timing, price movement, signal changes, or automation review.
